At Snap Frames Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your display solutions. If your order isn't perfect, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive the correct return shipping address.

  Pack Securely

  Place the snap frames back in their original protective film and shipping carton to prevent any scratches or structural damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix your shipping label and drop the package off at your preferred carrier; we recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned frames, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
